Roger Waters og sønnen Harry står bak en helt ny produksjon som skal bringe Pink Floyds musikk til publikum over hele verden. På scenen står Harry Waters og et håndplukket band. Lørdag 22. mai kommer «LEGACY – A Pink Floyd Show» til Oslo Konserthus.
Roger Waters står bak produksjonen, men medvirker ikke selv på scenen.
Farens arv. Sønnens band. Musikken som
definerte en generasjon. «LEGACY - A Pink Floyd Show» er en helt ny
live-produksjon, skapt under ledelse av Roger Waters, med et nøye utvalgt band
anført av Harry Waters.
I 2027 er det klart for en omfattende turné, hvor showet blant annet besøker
Oslo Konserthus lørdag 22. mai. «LEGACY» feirer musikken og den visuelle
verdenen fra Pink Floyds gullalder i perioden 1971–1979, og inneholder låter
fra «The Dark Side of the Moon», «Wish You Were Here», «Animals» og «The Wall».
«These songs have meant so much to so many people for so many years, and I'm excited for audiences to come together and experience them live again,» sier Roger Waters. «Harry has assembled a terrific band, and I can't wait for fans around the world to see the special show we’ve created together.»
Harry Waters har en lang historie med Pink
Floyds musikk. Som barn kunne stemmen hans høres på albumet «The Wall», i låten
«Goodbye Blue Sky», og senere tilbrakte han mer enn 15 år på scenen sammen med
faren på store turneer.
«We are going to authentically
recreate the albums as close to note-for-note as we possibly can,»
sier Harry Waters.

An experience beyond the concert
The soundcheck begins approximately three hours before the advertised start time of the main performance, giving VIP guests the chance to settle in and enjoy an experience that most concertgoers will never see.
While the package does not include individual meet-and-greet sessions, selfies, individual or group photographs with the musicians, or dedicated signing opportunities, guests will share the auditorium with the band during the soundcheck and Q&A. This creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, offering a genuine opportunity to see the musicians up close and hear directly from them.
